*****ing money
I initially took out a policy with these people on 29/5/18 and after reading the reviews on hellopeter, I cancelled the policy 2 days later. However, they still took a debit order yesterday even after its cancelled. When I asked about getting my money back, they blatantly tell me that there will be no refund. All hell will breal loose if I dont have my money in my bank TODAY !!!!

We have conducted an internal investigation and were not able to find any cancelation notification from you on our records. For this reason, the debit order was still in effect, We are able to cancel your policy and refund the amount that was debited.
