Sitting without chronic medication

I have been with u guys for so long but never expirience any problem but now my health is in danger because of you guys i have send several emails no responce i can not waste my airtime anymore cus is reserved for emergencies my doctor confirmed twice that my script was send to u guys but i cannot receive my chronic medication because u guys have not submitted it, should anything happy to me u will be held accountable.
