Sickening Authorisations

I needed to do preauthorisation yesterday for my son to see a doctor. It seems no one works at Getsaavi. I called until I turned red.

I called a moment ago. There is no option for preauthorisation plus they continue to cut my call.

I didn’t think this medical insurance would embarrass me like this yesterday.

Thank you for your enquiry and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Kindly note, communication was sent to all members via email to advise that the GetSavvi Health operating hours for the last week of December will be 8am till 15:00pm and 8am till 12:30pm on the 31st December

Operating hours will revert back to standard hours from Monday the 03/01/2022
