Scary Medical Insurance
I am fuming!!!!!
Please have a look at the policy documents, and listen to the recording where I joined, and you'll see that the policy document is totally incorrect...and THEN I see this morning that you have deducted the debit order, after I specifically asked it to go off on the last day of the month!!!! And that the 1st debit order should be 31/01/2018!!!! My goodness, if the application and documentation process is such a disaster, I don't even want to think what it is going to be when filing a claim. Really, I want my money back into my bank account by 2 'o clock TODAY 2017/12/20!!!! If you don't know what you are doing, you should find another profession!!!
