Rude Arrogant Money hungry *****s

<p>We call to set up a policy everything went well, They were going to send us relevant documention via e mail, 2 weeks still nothing came so we logged a complaint and filed for cancellation, all of a sudden we got the confirmation, we called in numerous times and cannot get through to anyone, eventually we got through and did the cancellation, now come month end they remove the premium from the account and refuse to cancel and send us relevant documention and recordings for the cancellation. They threating to deduct more money from our account for their fees, When we call in we get transfered from piller to post and nothing gets done line drops. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH CRUDE COMPANIES. WILL ADVICE EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER SUPPORT THEM.</p>
