Relapse Insurance

<p>i have join the get savy insurance in November last year. they change the debit order during December 2017 to festive season and after i requested them to take it back to last day of the month for 2 month , they did not and they only called me to tell me my insurance have relapyse . when i ask they say its because i did not pay for two month, and i said its not my fault that i did not pay. i have told all consulatant who call to take back debit order to the last day and those consultant were very rude and tell me there is nothing i can do. please help me to claim my money back</p>
