really bad service

<p>ive been a customer of getsavvi for over a year and reffered so many people to them but the last two months they lapsed my subscription by trying to debit my account a day before i pay, ive never had this problem except for the last two months. when trying to call the staff gives you the dont care attitude. ive been sick and had to pull through and i couldn't use my membership as they lapsed it. am going to tell all the people that i reffered to to cancell as this is going to happen too them as well</p>
