Paying three months and no membership card

<p>So as with any Health memberships there is a 3 month waiting period which will end today and I still have not received my membership card.<br /><br />I phoned the call centre on 17/11/2016 and the lady said they will reroute the membership card via courier to my office premises...</p> <p><br />It is now almost two weeks and I have not received my membership card...<br /><br />As far as I know couriers usually take no more than 5 days...<br /><br />I don't think this is very professional and hope this is not the kind of service I can expect in future...</p>
