PATHETIC SERVICE

I joined Savvi Health in March 23rd 2019,Policy number: 190470 I was promised to receive my policy documents in a weeks time but haven't received anything till to date. I have written a number of emails and the response I got was my documents were posted on the 15 of April but as to where are they I don't know. Their sales consultant called me and advise the copies emailed to me, and now they have decided no t to respond to my emails. Tell me who still carry papers in this age and era as a proof of registration or benefit? Papers get torn or worn out, I cannot be going up ad down with papers, another thing I was told that i can visit the doctor after 3 deduction but according to the document sent to me i am only able to visit on 1st of July, whereas the first installment went off in March meaning June 26 will be my 3rd. I am sick and tired of Getsavvi and going to cancel my membership with immediate effect as they just don't care. Their service is pathetic.
