Ooooh come on, are you serious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Tuesday, December 10, 2019 11:25 AM, Getsavvi send me a Email telling me that you are debting my account on 13th if I don’t reply by Tuesday, December 10. I do not keep my computer in my pocket, I KEEP IT IN MY OFFICE. I check Emails at 6 am every day and responded the next morning with a NO to the debit order. I don’t check emails when Getsavvi gives a person a few hours to respond to emails. Still my bank account was debted on the 13th. I drive up to 800km everyday, I don’t check emails when I get home from work, I rest.

Now, I get a second email saying you want a bank statement before 15H00 December 17, so you can refund. This was also sent to me at 12:51 PM on December 17. (In order for us to have you refunded, kindly forward a bank statement before 15h00 today.) Really, you gave me 2 Hours 9 Minutes to respond !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was 300km from the closest town at the time. Does Getsavvi really think I have time in my busy schedule at this time of year, to go stand in a bank que for a statement just because Getsavvi have NO clue what customer service is.

This is not the first time Getsavvy has made a mess of things in my life and cost me money. So I will be looking for a new Medical cover in the new year. It does not help arguing with Getsavvi, because I am only one small fish in GetSavvi’s large pond of suckers.
