Not following up on their promises
Initially I was happy to get health insurance so cheap and with great benefits but then I realised that this company has talked a hole into my head by promising that they will deliver my cards on the 7th of June and now look we are at the 25. Imagine I have to claim with them how long is it going to take for them to process my claim and if there are loop holes I'm very very unhappy
