Non-disclosure for the purpose of misleading a buyer!

<p>Don't fall for it!! This company is *********, they lie to you!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I took out a policy in April 2017 and was told by the sales agent that there is a 3 month waiting period and the policy commences June 2017. Makes sense, 3 months from April, right? WRONG! Did you know that your waiting period only starts 3 months later?? So it's a 6 month waiting period then? Not once did the sales agent, agents I spoke to after or policy docs mention that the benefit start date is completely different to your joining and commencement date!</p> <p> </p> <p>So I joined in April, paid in April and can only see a doctor in September...What a joke!! I would NEVER have wasted over R3000 to go to a doctor in 6 months time..!!! Only once I complained, the manager 'outlined' how the waiting periods work, this was the first time it was explained like that, it makes absolutely no sense and i'm pretty sure it's 200% *******! To my knowledge and what was confirmed by their agents before the date I needed to claim, I was advised that I can claim my benefits in July, nobody at GetSavvi will take responsibilty and they are sweeping the blame under any carpet they can find... Trying to blame the customer for not understanding what you did not disclose is a new low, and i've seen lows..</p> <p>This company relies on jargon to hook you and keep you ******** to their ******** ways. NOT DISCLOSING INFORMATION IS THE SAME AS LYING ABOUT IT!!! IT IS DISHONEST!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Do not even bother responding!</p>
