No Feed Back
Hi i have been trying from last year to get someone to phone me to get a qoutation after i decided to email them this week they send me the same details as on the website, I rep**** on the email I need someone to phone me as I would like to join but up till now no one has tried to phone me. Just wonder if this is the problem now whats gonna happen when I have a claim..

As per our records, on the 26 August 2015 at 15h45 we tried contacting you and got voicemail.
- On the 16 November 2015 you called in and the call got disconnected, when we tried calling back there was no answer.
- On the 19 January 2016 you contacted us at 15h44 and we called back at 15h45, after explaining the benefits you informed us that you would contact us.
- On the 20 January 2016 we tried calling at 13h17 and we got voicemail.
- On the 22 January 2016 at 12h02 we made contact with you and you were not interested.
