No diligence, urgency and lack of objectivity/fairness

I switched banks and have given authorization to FNB, to switch my debit orders. With the authorization, a request was forwarded to Getsavvi Health on the 17 September 2019, the next request followed on the 18 September 2019, on the 20 September 2019 and on the 23 September. No one acknowledged the requests. If the responsible person acknowledged the request and updated the details as requested, the debit order for the 26th September would have gone off as well, this mean that i , the client would have made a cash deposit of R1500.00. I even send an email with the instruction.

Good day all.

I have switched banks and as per FNB, they send instruction to GETSAVVI with the request to switch , but this was not done.

Please advise who I can refer the request to.

I will make direct payment of R1500.00, but the R750.00 has to go off as a normal debit order for this month.

If you can schedule for all 3 debit orders to go off today still , it will be appreciated.

‘Nanamhla, I have included you in this correspondence because I have peace of mind that something will at least happen, please help to expedite my request.

I am not happy with the fact hat the policy has lapsed, I acknowledge that i was negligent as the premiums were not up to date, but i made the effort to ensure arrangements were made for the arrears to be paid. I appeal that an amount of R3000.00 be deducted from my FNB bank account on the 26th October 2019 and the policy be reinstated. Please do not take 4 working days to get back to me, immediate feedback will be appreciated and email correspondence.
