Membership pack

<p>i have been waiting for my membership pack from 13 July 2016 when i called i was asked to provide an alternative adress that was last month and im still waiting but you guys are so quick to debit my account </p>

Thank you i received an email and the tracking number of the documents but you must up your game cause clearly if i didnt come here to complain i was not going to receive anything soon :-(
