Medication prescribed by doctors not paid,

I had a bad experience, i took a medical insurance with Getsavvi after seen them on TV, however when ever my Mum visits a doctor, the Doctor will prescrible for her medications and the medical insurance will say who do not cover for that medication, even for a generic medication of that presciption is not covered by the medical insurance such as Calcium (WHY) which was prescibed by the doctor that my Mum was seeing. I called them to cancel, i was told that they need to speak with my Mum it was me who took the policy for my Mum and she cannot speak English, i need to cancel this thing as early yesterday already. Why dont you pay basic medication mara??!!, Dispesing Doctors gives you a five days (5) medication, and the rest you have to buy yourself and they only give you Panado, and other stong pain killers, which has nothing to do with the condition that my Mum has.
