Lousy service

I contacted get Savvy numerous times to get covered by them. They would call, start the process, and then not call back. I have send e-mails to their talktous@getsavvy e-mail address and still no response. The last person I spoke to took my banking details and arranged that my debit order will start at the end of May 2015. I requested that he phone me back the next morning so that I can give him my wife and children's details as well. It is now a week later and still no call. I e-mailed, no response. What is going on guys. Must I go to my bank and place a stop on this debit order, do you not want my business at all? Feeling very frustrated here!!!!!<br> <br>
