Keep paying but haven't received any prove of medi

I was contacted by a consultant from get savvi health and was explained all and it sounder good and I took the medical aid. But now for 7 months I keep paying for a medical aid but I cant go to a doctor because I am still struggling to get any proof from them or any kind of documentation or even a medical card from them. I have sent them 2 adresses now and told them I am going to get legal advice but they just dont care. And every month they take money. This is the worst service I have ever seen and now I am forced to complain here also. What happend to customers service.
