Inconsiderate

good morning

i went to one of the doctors on the network I consulted with the doctor and I was given a prescription due to te fact that the doctor didn't have the medication that he prescribed for me, i went to the chemist and was told that I cannot get the medication since my getsavvi medical cover was not approving. The total cost for the medication was R1300.00 now I am stuck with no medication and in serious pain whereas I am paying for getsavvi every month without default. Is it fair that I pay for the services but I am not offered what I pay for. Can someone please call me regarding this because as it stands I am not well but I have medical cover and this is really a nuisance where am I supposed to money to buy the medication whereas I am paying my premium for that exact same reason.
