Incompetence of claims agents
I'm not getting professional help out of the insurance and I will appreciate someone senior to give me a call and handle my claims as soon as possible. The set back I'm receiving from the consultants is causing me financial stress and health problems.

We received your Maternity Reimbur*****t on the 03/08/2021 and responded on the 04/08/2021 requesting additional information, we have not yet received a response with the required information. We have now resent the requested information and upon receipt we will review and process your reimbur*****t request accordingly.
For all other maternity related claims please email the relevant invoice along with your proof of payment to *** for review and processing. All reimbur*****t are paid within 2 weeks of receipt of all required documents.
