In pharmacy invalid
I have no problems with the day to day and emergency benefit. Always good service. The issue is the in pharmacy benefit. Which is in acessable. I called from Amazimtoti and was directed to pick and pay pharmacy with voucher code for common flu medication. Upon arrival was told they have no affiliation with Get Savvi.
Living in Pinetown, there is no available pharmacy. It seems almost insane on the marketing side. If I have a migraine. Instead of going to Dischem and using an OTC benefit for a migraine pack which will cost under R20, I am told to go to a network GP which means it costs R370. Please consider the lunacy of your penny wise pound foolish stategy.
And everytime I have called and enquired. Theres has never been a clear answer as to when you will be fixing this issue. Its something as frustrating as this that makes me want to look at another option for medical insurance.

As discussed telephonically earlier this week, we apologise for the inconvenience caused as a result of being turned away from the Amanzimtoti Pharmacy, this issue has been addressed and should no longer take place. Please also ensure that when visiting the pharmacy in future that you provide your Feel Better Fast voucher that is sent to yourself.
With regards to Dischem, as of January 2020 we will be including Dischem as part of our Pharmacy Network where vouchers will be supp**** to members in order to obtain over the counter medication along with Dischem products on a monthly basis.
We trust you find the above in order and once again apologise for the inconvenience caused.
