Im very disappointed
i took a medical cover in July, i was assisted by Chad who told me that if i provide a medical aid certificate from my previous medical aid company i wont have to wait 3 months before i start using the medical aid, i contacted discovery and asked the consultant to send a medical certificate and then forwarded it to Chad,To my surprise when i call yesterday to find out the doctors that are within the network in my area i was told i cant use my medical aid i need to wait for 3 months which i think is unfair because i send the required documents and now i have to suffer because someone didn't do their job
