HOSPITAL PLAN COVERS NOTHING

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>i have to be honest your plan - the gp side i have NEVER had a problem with and feel the service is amazing. </p> <p> </p> <p>However here is my problem and i request that this be sorted out.</p> <p>in the last two months i have had two separate incidents that i have needed to use the "hospital plan" and both times "no cover" first i was told by your provider ER24 To go to Westville hospital the first time (cut my finger down to the bone and cut a vessel) one arrival they advised that they refuse a letter of guarantee as you have no agreements in place with them. Now my son falls down and smacked his head on the solid concrete and was "dazed" we rushed him to our local GP assuming it would be cover as it was an emergency (sudden unforeseen event) which we thought we were doing the right thing as we found out the only hospital with a "agreement in place with get savvi" is all the way in PMB (80KMS) AWAY. In no emergency situation is 80kms going to be traveled to see a doctor. So assuming this would be covered it now isn’t. R350. worth of HEAD XRAY WHICH WAS AN EMERGENCY. If i had taken him to the hospital i would have been given the same run around as i was ... they do not accept it , there is no agreement in place. So explain exactly how a client can make use of this so called "cover" and how exactly you plan on refunding me either my premiums or my money for the xray. This is NOT Treating the Customer fairly at all, as they said any hospital (private) all the hospitals i have called have said they WILL NOT ACCEPT IT. So when i ask who will accept i cannot be given a answer !!!!</p>
