I'm beginning to think that this GetSavvi medical insurance are a bunch of ******, I logged a complaint to them, they couldn't pay Netcare Greenacres hospital I took my wife to hospital on Xmas day 2019, now I have a debt that I need to settle with the hospital after sending them so many emails they never bothered to respond or acknowledge my email only after I exposed them on Hellopeter I received a phone call from one of their call centre agencies giving me **** explanation, I sent them a email request on 19 February 2020 asking them to terminate my contract with immediate effect up until today I never heard a thing from them, last night a debit from them went through and this really irritate the **** out of me, I am owing Netcare over a R1000 and they told me that they won't be able to pay that, these medical insurance is taking people for a ride, next month they will never get my cash, these are ******* *****ing from people in a very smart way.
