GETSAVVI THIEVERY : STOP YOUR SMART WAYS TO MAKE MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE

Unfortunately I have put one start but I actually didn't want to.

So I have been using this medical aid for a while now all was well till festive season of Dec' 2019 into Feb'2020.

Never have I ever seen such unprofessionalism. So my payment for November went off well all was good and well R750 was debited off my account. Then came December I was waiting for my debit order of R750 to go off again only to find out that the policy was changed and prices went up all good and well I was ready to pay R877. I then received an SMS which was a total inconvenience saying payment for December was going off on the 13th of the month. I scratched my way through my bank account to make sure there is more than enough for them to make their R877 debit order. To my surprise nothing came off my account. I thought I was mad but I went through my bank statement and no transaction went off for R877 on my bank statement for that date even on the next day the 14th nothing went off. I didn't not receive and email from my bank or incontact to say acc: -R877 getsavvi.

Ok fine and well moving on then came January ANOTHER SMS came notifying me that the debit order was going to come off my account on the 27th of the month ANOTHER INCONVENIENCE. again I scratched my account to make sure there was more than enough in my account "incase" there would be a double payment. Law and behold they DOUBLE DEBITED my account R1754 then my account went into minus I emailed them and told them what happened then the payment was reversed little did I know it was their messed up system then I received an sms from them apologising for their system failure and how they where working "TIRELESSLY" to fix this. so in preparation for February Payment which I now didn't know when the debit order was meant to go off because THEY KEEP CHANGING THIER DAMN DEBIT ORDER DATES. I had money in my account then now again they decided to just stop communicating with me about the debit order etc but they are very good at sending newsletters never mind the fact that they have SUSPENDED YOUR MEDICAL AID next thing you're In an accident and you produce your medical aid card only to be told you can't be attended to because your account has been SUSPENDED. So now im told I didn't make payment for December, January and February and I'm owing R2631 and my account is SUSPENDED.

Where am I supposed to just fork out that amount and of course its my fault. I have bank statements showing full proof that I had enough money in my account and why does it have to be my issue that they change their debit order dates when the agreement was the 1st of every month??? Yes as much as you have communicated it in an SMS send and email also no one reads SMS's these days. Then provide the service you promised follow up with clients as much as they make sure their payments are done so that they get the service you promise.

Im very annoyed by this. You guys need to do something about this and I am sure you have taken so much money from people and suspended their account and you want to make more money out of them by telling them to pay more money so that their medical aid can be unfrozen. STOP this thievery and terrible behaviour.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETSAVVI TO ANYONE AFTER ALL THE OTHER COMPLAINTS I HAVE SEEN ON THIS PLATFORM AND MANY OTHER.
