Getsavvi - slap in the face
This the worst medical insurance EVER, I have been with them for a number of years now, and the only time I used them was when I slipped. I used the contracted out Doctor, no problem, he gave me a referral for X- rays, I went to the building for my X -rays, filled in the documentation, handed in my card, and all was complete. A month later I get a notice from Getsavvi that my X- rays are not covered, and I am liable for the account, to my dismay I contacted Getsavvi, I was told to read my brochure. I did. So in future anything that happens no matter what, READ and KEEP the brochure with you at ALL times, DO not have an accident, get sick, go for X-rays, as they are very quick to tell you its for your account, even though I have the top of the range + top up, does not help. All that they want is your MONEY. Even a contracted out Dental Doctor, has withdrawn his services from Getsavvi. I am now looking for a new medical.
