Years back I upgraded my cover for additional OPTOMETRY and DENTAL BENEFIT but when i went for Optometrist on 03 -08-2019, Getsavvi refused honouring claim for my dependents (spouse and daughter) and tells me about their policy of only one claim per person in 24 months meaning they will cover only me and after 24 months i should decide if i change my lenses/specs or i dont and allow one of my dependent to visit Optometrist and after another 24 months the 2nd dependent shall be the one who attend and by then my specs shall be 6years old and that of my daughter 4 years old meaning i can only renew mine after 8 years. What kind of nonsense is this while i have sight medical condition myself, spouse and daughter. whats the point of paying more for nothing. This is **************** and suppressing the poor
