Getsavvi Health - Amazing Service

My daughter had a seizure on the 14th September, last month. As Getsavvi health is with Net care 911, I called the ambulance and in my panic the operator was so full of empathy and calmed me to assist me. The ambulance arrived and took us to the local Day hospital, where when my daughter walked in decided her seizure was not an emergency, even though it was the first time, and said we have to follow the daily outpatient rules which left us at number 30... I decided to not waste an entire day sitting and waiting and thought I would take her too the GP and called the Getsavvi call center, there I was put through to Marcel who is a manager and insisted I take her to Christiaan Barnard Hospital to have her fully checked as he considered this to be a medical emergency and send through a letter of agreement to pay all the medical bills. My daughter was assisted and discharged the same day. Thank you Getsavvi and Marcel for being such a pillar in a time when I needed you. We appreciate you and I would recommend anyone to use Getsavvi!!!!
