Since I’ve joined, I’ve only consulted a GP this year, and the claim was processed seamlessly. It is affordable, and provides more benefits than others due.
I have however since joining, never ever received any shopping vouchers as promised, and suspect that the service provider doesn’t have my details on their system. So, please remedy this!
