FRUSTRATED

I spoke to Nathan a few days ago and he promised he will call me today to get my plan sorted which he didnt??? why am i not getting feedback from you guys??? this is very annoying,,youll made a mistake by not debiting my premium last month that youll suspend my plan because of your stupid mistake after taking money for 2 months,,I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP????????? I NEED FEEDBACK
