********** ACTIVITY.

I took medical aid for my mother which was done last month, it took a month for them to send us documents when they arrived we had a list of 3 dependents by the surname of Klassen we are in no way related to and dont know anything about, when i called the lady did not sound bothered and just said they will investigate which did not take long before they called my mom and said they made a mistake and are charging us for a family package and therefore will refund us the diffarent, for a first time clint this is discusting to say the least and clearly ********** activities are easy to take place with such companies, i am not insterested in taking any medical aid with them anymore and will NEVER recoomend anyone to do so because we hardly read our policy schedules so you might end of paying for the sales person's beneficiaries and not know this. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
