**** Advertising and useless staff members with no training!!!!

<p>My fiance took out a medical insurance with get savvi so if anything happens we will at least be coverd. They said the same over the phone when they got us the insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>+- 2 Years later my fiance fell on a sunday on his elbow and we went to the GP thinking it was just a sprain. the GP said that he will then have to go for xrays the monday to make sure it was not a break. So i phoned ER24 and reported it. (Cause if you dont report within 24 Hours you wont get coverd) this was the monday morning. He went for xrays and the bone was broken. We went to the specialist on the monday and could only get a booking to see him on Thursday the 29th of June as he was fully booked for the whole week. So I phoned again and used the same ref number to inform ER24 and GetSavvi that he could only see the specialist on the Thursday. They said it was fine and as soon as we have all the details for the opp we must phone them back.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I phoned them back yesterday when we got home from the specialist to get a authorization code and a Gugu lady was helping me and she was deeling with Keegan at GetSavvi. Now the response we get from them is that they dont know how this works because they never had a claim, (dont these people get proper training???)</p> <p> </p> <p>So this morning we get a phone call back saying it was rejected. So we phoned Keegan from GetSavvi and he has no idea what is going on (again do these people even get training???)</p> <p> </p> <p>My mother inlaw phoned them to find out what was going on and who ever she spoke to said he had to get the opp done on the same day he broke it with the xrays (really do these people know how it works???)</p> <p> </p> <p>As anybody knows a specialist and a xray is NOT OPEN ON A SUNDAY so I ask you how was he suppose to go for all of this on the same day???????????????</p> <p> </p> <p>They refuse to pay for any hospital bills or for the opp!!! So why do we have a medical insurance if it doesnt pay for anything??? and no one can give answers to why this claim is being rejected.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will advise anyone that wants a medical insurance NOT to use GetSavvi Health cause you will be paying out of your own pocket still and they will just be taking your money every month for no good reason at all.</p>
