Extremely disappointed

A person can only be patient for so long. Today I called getsavvi to receive a voucher for a get better fast.

First they could not find me on the system and when they did find me I had to answer a 10 min questionnaire and the lady told me that she is cheap so therefore for rash I needed to buy bicarbonate of soda for rash and for her toothache I will get a voucher. I waited for another 30 min and had to call back for the voucher. I PAY 1313.00 INCLUDING OPTOMETRIST TOP UP WHICH I HAVE NOT USED BUT THEIR FEEL BETTER FAST IS SO USELESS YOU CAN ONLY GET A PAIN BLOCK THATS IT. HOW MUCH IS THAT? OR IF YOU DO GET A SUBSCRIPTION SOME MEDICINE YOU PAY CASH AS ITS NOT COVERED. I AM CURRENTLY FIGHTING TO ATLEAST BE PAID BACK FOR MY TOP UP OPTOMETRIST THAT I DID NOT USE THE SERVICE FOR. TODAY THAT WAS MY LAST BAD EXPERIENCE. I HAE GONE THROUGH SO MUCH PAIN BUT COULD NOT GET A BETTER MEDICAL ASSIST AND NOW TODAY WOULD LIKE A CANCELATION OF MY MEMBERSHIP. I HAVE HAD IT AND I AM DONE. This really is to fool us when you say the scheme is for those who can't afford medical aid but even this medical insurance is not giving the service for what we pay for.
