Emergency

I am currently experiencing an emergency with my daughter in hospital, critical... i am insured with get savvi medical aid which states that one should call er24 for asny emergency or authorisations. Neither of them are doing me any justice because my daughter is still lying at the casualty without any assistance. ive got through 5 call centre agents explaining my situation hundreds of times and i am very fustrated.<br> what is the meaning of emergency to them. they dont even know their own policy wordings and cover.<br> I spoke to a nurse called Aldo who is very rude, another one Sinah Makhato who doesnt even bother to listen.
