Don't GetSavvi

Atrocious service from customer care ***. I emailed my cancellation on Saturday and called on Monday to confirm receipt, the agent said they hadn't received it and asked me to resend. I resent it twice to two different email addresses. I called the 24th again and they still hadn't received it. They have taken another premium and today I called again, I was told I would not be refunded. Getsavvi said they having issues receiving emails and now it's my problem. Really bad customer service.
