Disguted in your service

Today im writing again. It is very sad how nothing is being done. So every month my premium gets deducted. And ive emailed getsavi my payments proof with what they need. How sad is it that every bill i paid and nothing was paid back to me and every claim is under investigation. And also i must issue getsavvi with the actual *** ive never received invoices im getting sms for payments. We received attorney letters. And yet getsaavi tells me i must not pay it. Its been a month i have no refunds yet. At all. Im really disappointed. This medical insurance is just about taking money and they dont bother even assisting me properly. Fedup. How can you even tell people after all my stuff i sent there is also a claim period. Im on this medical schems almost a year and every visit i settled myself. Dr bill hospital bills bloods. And its never an emergency getsavvi. I would lime evry premium back simce I started.. Because this medical insurance never benefitted me once. Pleae respond to my email not just saying you going to look into it im tired of this.i want my monies returned to me. I will take further actions.
