DEBIT ORDER - WRONG AMOUNT.
I have been trying to get hold of someone at GETSAVVI the number that is on the internet and on your Card does NOT WORK. You only receive a letter saying that the wrong amount has been debited from your account. BUT NO COMMUNICATION on when the money will be paid back. Nov: R706.00 was taken Dec:R706.00 was taken.... thinking ok what the hell... I CANT GET HOLD OF ANYONE... THEN... JAN 2020 -DEBIT of R1412.00 goes off WHAT THE HELL.... AND STILLL no one gets back to you. I Have even phoned BLACKBIRD... to see if they can help me. I want to know when my money will be paid back into my account... and why this has happened. This is the 12th Feb already... I want my money bac*****!!~!!!!!!!!!
