Consultant paints poor picture

At 12h02 today I received a call from ********** 010 in response to a form I completed on the Getsavvi website. I asked the consultant if he could please email me information on Day to day and Hospital cover. He (Believe his name was Mbali but stand to be corrected) continued trying to verbally explain everything. At the beginning of the call I explained I struggle to hear yet when I once again asked for the info to be emailed, he didn't listen. I then told him he wasn't listening to my request whereupon he put the phone down.

This is a sterling example of why people DON'T want to engage these call centre consultants plus the fact that he mentioned he was being supervised. By whom?

This shoddy and rude service just made it easier to remove Getsavvi from the list of companies I am approaching. Furthermore, I won't hesitate to tell all what a poor standard I get just from the consultant. I shudder to consider the quality of service should I have wanted to claim...
