I joined medical aid in have been paying for my mom until they changed the name of the company, and increase the premium without me knowing and for security reasons I reverse the money, on 5 December 2019 I called to find out if the medical aid is active they said yes come to my surprise my mom go to the doctor the medical it's been suspended wats that this company useless and ***** when I call couldn't get assistance, I don't even have the membership card.
