I have claims done in october and november 2019 that have now been decline in the past couple days. How in the hell can a company only process claims now for **** done last year. Now you want me to pay for the services after I've been paying you. It is not my fault that your company has a backlog and now you making this problem min. Please have this sorted out or further action will be taken
