Cannot give less than 1 star.. wish i could

<p>Good day</p> <p>I am hereby requesting all phone-calls between me yourselves regarding my policy mentioned in the subject line</p> <p>I feel that i did not do anything wrong and get treated like i dont matter at all.<br />I patiently waited for my period to be over to see a doctor as i did not wish to pay for something i get part of an insurance i have signed up for.<br />A conversation between myself and Coleen also stipulated that my account is active and that she does not see anything wrong in my account.. I waited till the 1st and decided to use the cash to see a doctor.</p> <p>At this moment i fwwl like i paid 3 months worth of installments all for nothing to have more problems than joy, Especially with so many products on the market that provide the same service you do and i dont feel anything worth from yourselves,</p> <p>Please treat this as extremely urgent as i will be taking more steps to have this resolved as i was not the one at fault .</p> <p>Francois Havenga<br /><br /></p>
