Bunch of liers

What a dissapointed. I regret ever joining getsavvi and paying my hard earned money for a service I never got. I called in and cancelled and requested for a refund but have been promised that they will investigate and get back to me. I spoke to a whole manager Cicilia who said she wil get back to me in 24 hours but never did until I called again today and was told I cannot be refunded as top management has stated. I need my refund and I will take this up until they pay me back.
