Broken promises
I took out medical insurance Getsavvi. I took the Primary Care Plan plus as it had unlimited GP visits which is clearly promised on the website too. Please see below. Only to get an email today stating I reached my GP limit of 8 consults. I understand 8 is a lot given its only August but i cannot help being sick. This is not TCF.

We sincerely apologise for the recent communication you received, incorrectly stating that you had reached a total of 8 GP consultations. This message was sent in error due to an unforeseen system issue, and we understand the confusion and concern this may have caused.
GetSavvi Health provides members with unlimited but managed GP consultations, members may visit the GP a total of 6 times without any pre-authorisation. From the 7th GP consultation for the year members require pre-authorisation which is to be requested telephonically.
