Bad Services

I feel really disappointed in GetSavvi really, I was never informed when i app**** for this medical insurance that i must pay for Prescription Medicine!! I took my child Saturday to Netcare and upon visiting i received a GOP(Guarantee of Payment) on this letter it stipulated that i must pay for Take home Medicine and thereafter i have to submit a claim and i will be reimbursed... I then paid for the Blood test as well as the Medicine. I submitted the documentation as well as proof of payment then i received an email stipulating that i must go back to the doctor and ask for a Procedure Code and a Tariff Code which i inquired and still until now is not sure what it is. i mean everything is on the documentation what i paid for proof of the pharmacist and payments was all send, still don't know what more is needed? Why is Getsavvi looking for ways not to reimburse me i'm really really not happy about this and surely i would not recommend them to any off my colleagues or even family members. GetSavvi you really disappointed us as Family when we entrusted you most!!
