Bad service and attitude

What can i say i always thought they where the best, but unfortunately the are not and they are giving poor service and robbing the people of their money when a person cancel with them they give a bunch of lame stories and revuse to give your money not theirs back to you, i will never recommend them to anyone again, they are really bad and they give you attitude as well, no way will they ever get beter
