bad service

i have been on this med aid since 01-09-2017 i have been paying every month 440 end of january they took off R1000 now all the sudden i get a sms saying i must pay now 545 a month for med aid i havent recived no post or email stating the price is going up when i joined this med aid they told me it will never increase i havent used the med since i got it and i am very dissapontied in them now as when i ask why they took off double end of january they cant answer me i am a security officer we dont get paid alot i really thought this med aid was the one but iam wrong i will never use them agian iam going to cancel the med aid and make sure i get my money back and also make sure nobody else uses them
