Bad GetSavvy

Bad taste in our mouths as a family. When you join you get told unlimited GP visits but when main member reached 6 GP visits, GetSavvy informed that benefits for all members are now only for the new year which is now 2020. This is even when dependants on the plan has maybe only visited a GP once during 2019. That is in my eyes not correct according to FAIS and TCF Acts. Then also. 30 Nov they took December premium. On 23 December they took via debit order January's premium but again on 30 December. Then they send a mail to apologize for the error and will refund. What happenend today? Debit order for January was double the premium. They should wake up before they get a formal complaint from the FSB. They are also very slow to pay GP and chronic medication. Example: Pharmacy for chronic medication and then it is only one item but it takes then 2 months to pay and with a GP - we have seem that it takes up to 3 months before they pay.
