Bad bad...
Im just once again very disappointed. I am writing on here so people can see and hear about it. They quick to call but resolving anything is another joke. Im so sorry i ever took this out. I paid for every single service i had. And then when investigated its never covered. So i dont really understand what this medical insurance was about. But im done.. Pathetic. Poor... I am cancelling imemediate.

As per the frequent communication outside of this platform, I am sure you have been explained the reasons for certain services not being covered as they form part of exclusions.
Just to provide you with a bit more insight, we have paid a total of 87.9% (R13 619.92) of your claims received since your benefits activation date.
Each individual is unique and therefore what is required and what we offer would not meet everyone's expectation.
Also, note that we are medical insurance and not a medical aid and in order to keep our premiums competitive and affordable we cover day to day benefits and basic needs for everyday living. Therefore, unfortunately, we do have exclusions.
As per your request to cancel, we are sorry to hear about your decision to cancel your membership with us but will be sending you an email shortly.
