A provider that just wants money not to help

Not even a 1 star if possible worst experience ever.... Got sold the service saying that you get unlimited doctors visits then when I exceeded 6 visits I was sent a text saying I get 7 visits then have to get authorization for payment which come from my pocket if I don't..... I have have called on 3 different times for authorization and no help was provided and was spoken to by bull**** rude customer service personnel..... Apparently the first time I got a code and was not told the doctor was removed from their list drove all the way to the doc climbed a lot of stairs only to be told that the doc was removed from get savvi I then called back at 16:58 to be told the call center closes at 5 and I could not get a code and had to wait till the next day..... Today I called up before 4 and was told they cannot help as the call center is closed due to s staff party and I could go to the doctor with my own money so I could fall and die while they dance and that does not matter as they have already took out the premium from my account which was only supposed to come out on the last day of the month..... How am I supposed to get to the doctor and who will compensate me for the numerous calls and **** services always no managers available and rude staff so fed up!
