4 Month Waiting Period, No Member Pack or Card received, Canceled, They won't refund Me!

<p>First I get told that it is a 3 month waiting period, then when I called to find out where my Member Pack and membership card was, they tell me it was posted 3 months ago and that I can only use my benefits when 4 months have passed, I waited long enough and cancelled my policy, only to be told that they will not refund my monthly subs that I have paid. I didn't use their service, I never got the membership pack or my card and now they won't refund me? What sort of ************ are these??? They taking money for nothing. I will not leave it here, I will see GETSAVVI IN COURT!!!!!! They want to keep R475 x 4 months = R1900,00 for nothing, No WAY! You will be hearing from my Lawyers shortly you bunch of *********** ****! People stay away from this "Medical Insurance" They are out to swindle people out of their hard-earned money!</p>

Good Day, I beg your pardon? Your company did absolutely nothing to remedy any situation or concern, I had to take matters into my own hands and literally went back and forth with my bank for months to prove that you people did nothing to help me. So you can take your apology and shove it where the sun don't shine, your company and it's so called customer service are seasoned Con artists and I would caution any person looking for Medical Insurance to stay far away from GetSavvi Health.
